Note:

A partial copy of Carpaccio's Sant'Orsola polyptich. From one of the nine canvases that make up the Saint Ursula cycle. The paintings were executed by Vittore Carpaccio during the 1490s for the Scuola di Sant’Orsola, a Venetian devotional confraternity that was housed in a building adjacent to the Basilica of Santi Giovanni e Paolo. The original being tempera and oil on canvas measuring 526 cm x 297 cm (117” x 207”).
