Our major auction of the season, the Canada Auction brings together the best of Canada, including historical and contemporary fine art, First Nations and Inuit art, cultural, and historical items. The focus is on meaningful contributions to our collective identity and crucial individual voices.
Drawing on the diverse expertise of our specialists, we present an outstanding selection of works by A.Y. Jackson, Franklin Carmichael, J.E.H. MacDonald, P.C. Sheppard, Jack Bush, Joe Fafard, Henri Beau, John Meredith and Rita Letendre; an exemplary private collection representing all seven members of the Professional Native Indian Artists Inc. (PNIAI) including works by Daphne Odjig, Norval Morrisseau and Alex Janvier; and important works by Inuit artists Manasie Akpiliakpik, Jessie Oonark, JoeTalirunili, John Tiktak, Andy Miki, John Pangnark, Ennutisak, and Karoo Ashevak.

- Each lot sold is subject to a buyer’s premium of 20% of the successful bid price as part of the purchase price.

- Taxes are exempt for any items directly shipped from our premises out of Canada.
- The auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot from sale at any time, to divide any lot or to combine any two or more lots at his sole discretion, all without notice.
