PAYMENT
Please note that each lot is subject to a Buyer’s Premium of 23% on the hammer price up to and including $25,000 CAD. Hammer prices in excess of $25,000 CAD will be charged a Buyer’s Premium of 20%. Buyer’s Premium and applicable Canadian taxes are added to the hammer price. Please note buyer’s premium for Fine Wine & Spirits auctions is 20%.
Payment in Canadian funds is due within two business days of sale date.
- For secure online payment by Visa or MasterCard (up to $25,000), please click the Pay Now button in your email. You will be taken to a payment portal where you can input your credit card details.
- Alternatively, log into our payment portal using your existing Waddington’s online account credentials. Within the payment portal you can view all your invoices and make payment: https://payment.waddingtons.ca/
- We also accept payment via Interac E-Transfers (send to [email protected]) and Wire Transfers in Canadian Dollars. We will provide wire transfer details upon request.
- Please note that we do not accept credit card payment over the telephone, nor do we accept uncertified cheques.
PICK UP
Pick ups are available during business hours from Monday to Friday.
SHIPPING
Please be reminded that we do not undertake packing or shipping. You must designate and arrange for the services of an independent shipper and are responsible for all shipping and insurance expenses.

You may set up an appointment for pick up from our location at 275 King Street East by using our Pick-Up Scheduler. Details and a link to the Scheduler will be provided with your paid invoice confirmation. Pick ups are available during business hours from Monday to Friday.
