By descent to his sister-in-law, Toronto in 2014

Literature:

Illustrated in "Esquire" magazine to accompany Lee Israel's article: 'Last of the Honest-to-God Ladies' full page, November 1967, pgs. 114-116, illustrated in colour, full-page, p. 115, the magazine accompanying the lot, with initial signature "G.P" lower right (with no date)
