Note:

This limited edition bronze is a study for Nathan Rapoport's best known monumental sculpture “Liberation,” a war memorial to the Holocaust. The oversized figural group depicts an American soldier carrying a World War II Jewish concentration camp survivor. Cast in 1984, it was installed in Liberty State Park, Jersey City, New Jersey on May 30, 1985.
