"R. Cook Family Album in Bronze", First Edition, published in 1976 in a limited edition of 3000 copies and 25 special copies "hors commerce" printed by Jasillo Press, Rome, Italy, unnumbered, autographed and dated Oct. 76 in blue pen and ink to the inside front cover
