Energetically painted with foliate tailed kuei dragons chasing lotus blossoms on a vine and leaf ground, cavetto with crossed Buddhist vajra silhouettes and ribbons

base marked – Yingdexuan boguzhi (Made in the antique style for the pavilion of moral obligation)
Similar dragons can be seen on a Kangxi bowl though lacking the dense vine patterning and with apocryphal Chenghua mark in Christie’s South Kensington, November 7, 2008, lot 257.
