Both high-shouldered vases with two large medallions depicting peacocks and peonies on one side and roosters on the other, with six smaller medallions with fauna, insects and florals, all on a yellow ground with scrolling lotus underneath a band of turquoise containing bats and ‘shou’ characters along the shoulder, the cover similarly decorated with gilt painted top knot finial
height 25.6" — 65 cm.
