Lots 618 to 631- Modern Chinese Paintings from the Ting Yulou Collection, Hong Kong. The owner of this collection is a Hong Kong artist who befriended many of the Chinese modernist painters. He recounts that he spent many Saturdays and Sundays playing mahjong or having tea while discussing art with personalities such as Zhao Shao'ang, Yang Shan Shen, and Yang Zhiguang. Over the years, he has amassed a large collection of paintings from these masters
