Depicting a humorous scene of a patron falling backwards to knock over a table, spilling tea and refreshments on the ground, the elderly store owner and a child look on with amusement, signed 'Munenobu' 宗信 within a red lacquer cartouche on the underside of the table; the ivory pieces fitted on a carved wood platform
