Note:

Translation: We, Chunrat the Polish, at the time mayor (of Vienna) and the council of the city of Vienna… with this letter proclaim to all those who live and are blessed. That we will especially by God and by order of our Lord King Albrecht the Roman King and through petition of our wife, Lady Espeth (Elizabeth of Carinthia) the Roman Queen, .. especially by favor and by love that we have towards our supreme Lord Abbot Obern and to the congregation of the monastery at Zwetel, Grab-Ordens, the house that is situated in St. Stephen cemetary, ….. Greiffenstain (a castle), we allowed the Abbot and the Congregation of the abbey to buy it (the house) with our favor and our good will from lord Gundaker of Passau for three hundred fourty mark silver solder of our weight that was honestly weighed. So, the abbot and the people of the abbey shall have this house with all the rights that belong with it forever. (next sentence is a guess). And they should the beforehand mentioned house not extend with another house and not buy more. (?) But what they build within it is well in our will and our favor. That this speech and this purchase my stay forever, this we witness with this letter that is sealed with the seal of the city. This letter is to be given in Vienna to the abbot of St. Stephen's. From Christ’s birth was thousand three hundred years, then in the third year.
