serial no. 2221, signed on the foot at '6 Coleman St.', with mechanical stage, a substage rack of three selenites and plano-concave mirror, a limb mounted bull's eye condenser, etc., all fitted in a flame mahogany case, together with a secondary fitted case of accessories, including high power eyepieces, objectivs, a substage Wenham-Shadbolt paraboloid condenser, dark wells, achromatic and prismatic condensers, etc.
