Note:
According to a letter dated October 11, 1983 from Clive Holland, Archivist at the Scott Polar Research, University of Cambridge, these are George Lyon’s original watercolours from which the engravings, illustrated in Parry's second narrative, were based. The very rare historically important Arctic drawings depict scenes of Inuit life in July of 1822.
