Copies of the present lot were sent out to dignitaries of the Common Wealth countries by Princess Mary, Princess Royal and Countess of Harewood, on the occasion of the Princess Elizabeth's 21st birthday. This one apparently to Prime Minister William Lyon Mackenzie King.
