Note:

The Quebec Conferences, code named Quadrant (August, 1943) and Octagon (Sept. 1944) were top secret military conferences held at Chateau Frontenac in Quebec City at which key plans of military importance such as D-day, the Atom bomb and the occupation of defeated Germany, etc. were discussed. All signatures collected by Mildred (Millie) Doxey, a servant in the Governor Generals residence. The first (1943) Churchill is accompanied by a cigar band.
