Note:

A successful painter of still life, figures and landscapes, Morwenna Thistlethwaite was born in Kew, Surrey. She returned to her Cornish roots in 1976 when she left London to settle in St. Ives where her mother was born. Thistlethwaite trained largely at the Birmingham School of Art and exhibited regularly with the Royal Academy and the New Grafton Gallery.
