richly painted with petal and kidney shaped panels in green, orange and yellow enamels and shades of blue on a gilt ground, comprising twenty-six pieces:
17 plates, diameter 8.5" — 21.7 cm.

CONDITION DETAILS

One plate repaired, another has a star crack visible only on the back, a third has a small (good quality) restoration on the back of the rim, a fourth with tiny glaze chip at the edge of the rim; restoration at one corner of footed comport; star crack to base of one sauce tureen, hairline crack to one stand, the other stand and one cover repaired/restored; gilding worn in several areas throughout and retouched in places, notably finials and handles of sauce tureens, a few rims and at one end of one lozenge dish; accompanying the lot are collector’s original listing from 1982 and good custom-made lucite (acrylic) wall-mounted brackets for display of comport and covered sauce tureens with stands
