CONDITION DETAILS

The matrix engraved with quartered arms; the bell end composed as described in the cataloguing; a second seal or cap may be missing at the bell end, where there is a recessed short threaded section, though existing seal cap can also be screwed onto the bottom of the bell shaped container; two good maker’s marks at the bell end, another inside the base of the tubular section and a fourth beneath the ink container
