CONDITION DETAILS

The bowl has been pushed down slightly, possibly resulting in minor cracks to solder join of bowl and base; centre of a flowerhead on the cover has minor repair; otherwise substantially in good condition; well marked under bases and inside covers; the case is missing its four claw and ball feet and some shagreen is lifting slightly at the front; small losses and other minor signs of distress, generally showing its age a bit; only the hinges are marked (IW?)
