All but the tea spoons and knives are engraved with a crest or initials (E:L on the table spoons; crests on the other three runs of 12 are different, but matching); as per Shrubsole inventory: 12 table knives - c.1737 (some legibly DD - Dru Drury); 12 table forks - Philip Roker, 1753 (6), Elias Cachart, 1753/1752 (5/1); 12 table spoons - Harvey Price, 1727 (10), Edward Jennings, 1727 (2); 12 luncheon knives - c.1737 (some legibly DD - Dru Drury); 12 dessert forks - Isaac Callard, 1749; 12 dessert spoons - Isaac Callard, 1736; 12 tea spoons - William Wooler, c.1750 (6), William Cripps, c.1750 (6); handle of one tea spoon slightly bent; otherwise substantially in good condition; mainly well marked, though some marks on the knives are worn completely; knives have brushed stainless steel curved blades
