CONDITION DETAILS

Three small dents on one side of the kettle (approx. 1.7cm); some extraneous soldering on the join of the handle, though no evidence of repair; well marked under the body and burner, and inside the cover and burner cover; maker's mark indistinct on the lampstand and underside of the kettle, but a better mark under the cover; engraved scratch weight 58=17
