CONDITION DETAILS

A few small pieces broken or missing (two are present); minor dents, splits and detachments; otherwise substantially in good condition; frame apparently not marked, but has zig-zag assay scrape under the rim; the well, which is bolted on, has hidden English marks under its base (London,1837, SC), suggesting an assembled composition
