Inscribed on the cover 'Presented to / Sir Renwick Haddow, Kt. / by / The Indian Mercantile Community of Calcutta / 31st August 1943'; Britannia figure detached from finial, her trident also detached and shield is missing; small loss at the top of one moulded and applied corner bracket; otherwise substantially in good condition; well marked on the inside edge of the cover; some wood(?) and fabric lining is included in the gross weight
