CONDITION DETAILS

Engraved with a monogram on one side, and with 'Elizabeth F. Howard' under the base; later chased; possible dents removed or other repair above the moulded base; three marks on the side near handle are worn, as is a crowned harp on the side of the cover, though a better one is found under the base, along with engraved scratch weight 27 - 12; the maker's mark on the side is quite worn, previously attributed to Thomas Bolton
