Note:

This linocut print, The Whale Cycle, was printed at Open Studio in 1977 by Harold Town in order to raise funds for Greenpeace’s Save the Whales campaign.

This edition is signed as the second of two ‘Open Studio Proofs’ assigned to the Open Studio print archive and is now released for sale. The original numbered edition size of this print was an edition of 99. It was printed with Brian Kelley, whose embossed artist ‘hand’ chop can be seen in the bottom right corner of the paper.


Proceeds to benefit Open Studio, Toronto.
