ANGEL DEPARTING FROM THE FAMILY OF TOBIAS, 1641 [WHITE & BOON, 43: III/IV]

Etching and drypoint on laid paper; signed and dated 1641 in the plate bottom centre, with black ink stamped initials “EU” of collector Edward Vernon Utterson (Lugt, 909) lower left recto. The third state (of four). Matted and unframed.
Plate/Sheet, trimmed to or just outside platemark 4.1" x 6.1" — 10.3 x 15.4 cm.
