FOUR ALEXANDER VON DER BECKE ETCHINGS: 1.JUNGES PAAR (YOUNG COUPLE); 2. HAMBURGER KNEIPE (HAMBURG TAVERN) 3. AUFRUHR (REVOLT); 4. BERATUNG (CONSPIRACY) [KLIPSTEIN, 73; 58; 46; AND 25]

1. The first: etching in brown ink on thick paper with Alexander von der Becke’s “Munich 22” blindstamp lower right inside the plate, with letters in the plate “Orig. Rad. von Käte Kollwitz" and "Druck V. O. Felsing, Berlin-Chlttbg” in the plate. Von der Becke edition between 1963/65 and 1972;

2. Soft ground etching on pale cream wove paper; signed in the plate with monogram initials lower left, blindstamped “Munchen 22” lower right margin. 1901, published in 1925 in the unsigned von der Becke edition with his stamp lower right margin

3. With engraved scripts in the plate listing Richter as the seller, Felsing as the printer, and Kollwitz as the artist, von der Becke's 3-line Berlin-Halensee dry stamp is not visible;

4. Etching with “Munchen 22” blindstamp lower right margin
