The 2010 Ermitage le Meal Blanc is pure perfection in a glass. One of the densest, most concentrated, decadent and thrilling whites I've tasted, it offers a sensational bouquet of crème caramel, caramelized peach, crushed rock and smoke. Unctuous and chewy on the palate, with awesome depth of fruit, it has thrilling purity, laser focus and a finish that just won't quit.
