u. 1 cm.

The Cros Parentoux has a very dense nose with dark berried fruit, dark plum, orange-blossom and a touch of violets. The palate is medium-bodied with taut tannins, a slight savoury edge on the back palate. Great persistency but very tightly wound. A little hardness on the finish that will dissipate by the time of bottling. Excellent. May 2011 WA (93-95) VM 95+
