The 1994 Riesling Grand Cru Schlossberg Cuvee Ste.-Catherine is one of the most awesome dry Rieslings I have ever tasted. Extremely full-bodied and exceptionally concentrated, with spectacular aromatics (gravel, wet steel, oranges, and other citrus fruits), layers of concentration, and pinpoint precision, this admirably pure, exquisite Riesling may last for two decades.
