Wines will include 2005 Hospices de Beaune Red Burgundies Mazis-Chambertin, Volnay Santenot and Beaune Clos Des Avaux bottled for Geddy Lee. A few other elite Burgundies may appear.

Barberian's Steakhouse is perhaps the most famous steakhouse in Canada, and certainly one of the country's best known and best loved restaurants of any kind.
