A true collaboration of leaders in Riesling have come together for this amazing cause to deliver a wine that is refined and elegant. When asked Gabriel Demarco of Cave Spring Vineyard stated "It is a bottled masterpiece, and it may be one of the best Rieslings in the history of Niagara". In conjunction with Emma Garner and Charles Baker these Riesling trailblazers have harnessed the potential of the 2023 vintage through this foundational variety.
