Chef Frank Dodd works with local farmers, growers and producers to create inspired wine country cuisine that makes Trius wines sing. Australian-born Winemaker Craig McDonald has over two decades of winemaking experience, leads the Trius winemaking team and oversees national winemaking for Andrew Peller Limited. He will share his passion with you. The team looks forward to seeing you in wine country!
