Chef Frank Dodd works with local farmers, growers and producers to create inspired wine country cuisine that makes Trius wines sing. Autstralian-born Winemaker Craig McDonald has over two decades of winemaking experience and leads the Trius winemaking team and oversees national winemaking for Andrew Peller Limited.
