Acrylic on rice paper laid down on thin foam core; signed "Shi Le" and dated "Aug 1993" lower right, titled and inscribed: "The Early Spring/South-West of China" in pencil to the foam core verso. A watercolour en grisaille of a monkey(?) visible on the verso of the sheet upper right.
