Note:

Dr. Casselman was an amateur photographer and friend of the photographer. Bentley established the Dominion Photography Co., in Vancouver with John Fawcett (active 1914-1926).
Bentley became a member of the Royal Photographic Society in 1940. In 1942 he became an Associate member of ARPS, and in 1946 he became a fellow: the highest distinction of the Society. These photographs would have been signed between 1942 and 1946.
