Lot Report

Note:

Every Inuit art devotee can spot a Joe owl from a mile away. The horned, large eyed, almost pre-historic looking birds are unlike any other artist’s rendition. Frequently appearing in his prints and his carvings, what you see less often are his owls depicted in drawings, making this lot an exceptionally rare item.
