Lot 73
PARR (1893-1969)

Provenance:
Private Collection, Philadelphia, PA
Note:
One of the artist’s most celebrated and exhibited prints, Parr’s Blue Geese Feeding was stenciled by recognized printmaker Iyola Kingwatsiak. Rendered in the iridescent blue ink indicative of early Kinngait prints, this print is highly unique in the artist’s oeuvre, owing to it being the only early edition made by stencil rather than by stonecut.
