Note:

Lively and surreal in form, the present work is representative of Qinnuayuak’s turn toward the fantastical in her representation of avian subjects. The bird here is shown with whirling tail feathers, and laurel-like feathers encircling its face.

CONDITION DETAILS

Tape staining along perimeter of paper, small stain spot within tail feathers. Soft handing dents, inclusions inherent in paper. Overall good condition.
