three figures are grouped together: an intimate composition; in triangulation. On the left, we see mother and child. the child: an innocent boy will inherited her crown. In succession. eventually, a jester to the right distracts the young boy with comedy and charm; representing the world’s push and pull of distractions. That build character and knowledge. In a playful manner, the young boy makes brief eye contact with this clown. mother teaching a life lesson.
