Note:

The prints on B.F.K. Rives were made in Paris. In New York City, Dali signed 150 sets of prints in coloured pencils: red for Hell; purple for Purgatory and blue for Paradise. Dali signed them in the window of the F.A.R. Gallery on Madison Avenue. Abe Lublin provided the Collectors Guild in New York City with 150 sets which Dali had signed in colour. (Field, p. 192).
