The bottom edge of the poster was folded to the back then framed. The matted dimensions are 27" x 20.5" (68.6 cms x 52.1 cms).

Chagall's signed and numbered colour lithograph "M, 443," from which this poster is based and before the lettering, was published in an edition of 150.
