Note:
In 1971, Lyle McIntyre and his wife Janice began their photographic careers in Muskoka, Ontario. Concentrating around the lakes in the cottage country of Muskoka and Georgian Bay during the summer months, he served his clientele with on-location family and child portraits. Lyle wrote a column for the Muskoka Sun's "As the Camera Sees It" promoting camping and sailing in the Muskoka/Georgian Bay area with numerous photography tips on the side. The column and accompanying samples of his photographs delighted readers for 12 years before his retirement in 2007.
