Original brown cloth boards with pink lettering on spine and upper panel, with a black and white photograph of the artist to the rear cover. With clear acetate dust jacket. Illustrated with 284 photographs. Published in the US by Random House, Inc., New York and Eastman Kodak Company, Rochester, New York. Simultaneously published in Canada by Random House of Canada Limited, Toronto, in 1993.
