Literature:

John Twitchett illustrates the present mark in Derby Porcelain, p.303, mark 18, noting that “Like John Haslem, the author has never seen this mark except for a very rare mug in the Victoria and Albert Museum, c.1795, painted with a rainbow in a landscape.”
