Lot Report

Note:

This image was taken in 2017 at an olive tree farm in Puglia, Italy. The farmer was proud of his masseria and his collection of antique implements. After tasting a few different varieties of olive oil, the farmer gave us a tour of his house and outbuildings. The whole place was wonderful, but pride of place was held by this Fiat, which the farmer boasted was 2nd off the line!

About the Artist:
Susan Gouinlock is a Graduate of the OCAD Thesis Photography Program, 2006. Now retired, Susan was variously a portrait photographer, an interiors' photographer and a willing contributor to her friends' empty living room walls. Susan now passes her time sewing quilts, practicing ukulele, learning Italian, making marmalade, growing vegetables, and shooting this glorious, wonderful world.
