Lot Report

Note:

"Visit" is a photo that I captured a few years ago in the remote community of Bonavista, Newfoundland. It evokes a sense of isolation and loneliness, a feeling that resonates throughout the Covid pandemic. We desperately wish to visit - people, places and experiences. This empty dugout feels like it's on the cusp of becoming abandoned unless it receives the company of a visiting team.

About the Artist:
Ashley Garber is a self-taught photographer based in Toronto, Canada. His photographic interests include exploring remote places, decaying and richly textured buildings and fascades, unique window reflections and colourful streetlife scenes. Ashley has previously exhibited his work for SNAP! as he values giving back to the ACT community.
