Note:

The building this model is based on was located at the corner of Yonge and Colborne Streets, in downtown Toronto, and was built by Canadian financier Edward Æmellius Jarvis who also built The Kiing Edward Hotel. In 1906 the building was replaced by a second Traders Bank which was, at the time, the tallest building in the Empire and is still standing today.
