including three medals to James Edward Bowen (1879-1964): an India with Punjab Frontier bar, a Queen’s South Africa with Transvaal, Orange Free State and Cape Colony bars, a King’s South Africa with 1901 and 1902 bars, framed with portrait photograph, a turned oak and a leather truncheon, and athletic medals, Royal Canadian Corps of Signals patch, gold filled poket watch and a plaque to his son-in-law Robert Hitchens McDowell
