Note:

Eugene Alfred has trained with a number of prominent artists, including Tahltan-Tlingit master carver Dempsey Bob and Ken Mowat. Alfred has also taught carving and tool-making courses at the K'san Native Art School in Hazelton, B.C., McBride Museum in Whitehorse, Yukon, and Yukon College Campus in Pelly Crossing. Alfred’s work has been exhibited widely since 1993 and can be found in a number of significant collections, including the Canada Council Art Bank in Ottawa, Ontario. He has also worked on select commissions, designing album covers and producing large-scale carvings for the Yukon Tourism Branch based in Whitehorse.
